By accessing or using Simpel3D at simpel3d.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
The Service is operated under the trading name Simpel3D. These Terms apply to all users, including free users, paid subscribers, and visitors. Use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the most current version of these Terms.
Simpel3D is a browser-based 3D file conversion tool that converts files between formats including STL, OBJ, 3MF, STEP, and IGES. All file processing occurs locally in your browser via WebAssembly. No file data is transmitted to our servers.
Free users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Simpel3D for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Standard subscribers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for both personal and commercial purposes, subject to the usage limits of the Standard plan.
Pro subscribers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for full commercial use within the applicable usage limits.
Day Pass purchasers are granted a 24-hour limited license equivalent to Standard tier commercial use, expiring automatically after 24 hours from the time of purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase for Standard and Pro monthly subscriptions, provided fewer than 3 conversions have been made under the new billing period. Annual plan refunds are available within 30 days of the initial purchase or renewal. Day Pass purchases are non-refundable once the 24-hour access period has begun. To request a refund, contact support@simpel3d.com. Prices shown may be exclusive of VAT — Paddle calculates and collects applicable taxes where required by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Simpel3D from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or any files you process through the Service.
The Simpel3D name, logo, design, and codebase are the intellectual property of the Service operator. You retain all rights to the files you process. We claim no ownership over your input or output files.
Since Simpel3D does not store or host user files, we do not host infringing content. If you believe our Service itself infringes your copyright, contact us at support@simpel3d.com.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Sections 6 (Liability), 7 (Indemnification), and 11 (Arbitration) survive termination.
YOU AND SIMPEL3D AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL BE RESOLVED THROUGH BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION, NOT IN COURT. YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.
Before initiating arbitration, you agree to first contact us at support@simpel3d.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Palau, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Simpel3D shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, internet infrastructure failures, CDN outages, or browser vendor policy changes that affect the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
